I'm Victoria

I'm a holistic practitioner drawing on 8+ years as a Nutritional Therapist, Head of Wellbeing & Development in Tech, and most recently training as a Somatic Stress Release Practitioner.

​

I help busy, overstretched women feel more calm, grounded & resilient by working with the body holistically.

​

If you've ever been the overachieving people pleaser who prioritised everyone else until you burnt out, I see you - because I've been there too. 

​

I learnt the hard way that to soften and slow is the way to strengthen. Now I guide other women towards this gentler, whole-body approach to health and inner strength, too.
